PAYMENT POLICY

Residential Clients – Full payment is required prior to downloading any media.

Commercial Clients – An invoice will be sent upon delivery. Payment is due within 30 days and can be made online via major credit cards or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

24-Hour Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

We value your time and promise to arrive on time and finish on schedule. In return, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• On-site cancellations without prior notice will incur a $100 fee, plus any applicable travel charges.

• We understand that life happens—exceptions will be made for emergencies or extraordinary situations.

Photo-Ready Expectations

To ensure a smooth and efficient shoot, properties must be photo-ready upon our arrival.

• Please refer to our [Photo Ready Checklist] for guidance.

• For liability reasons, our team does not move large furniture, gym equipment, appliances, dog crates, or personal hygiene items (such as those in bathrooms).

• Our photographers will walk through and adjust details like lighting, pillows, blinds, and chairs—but overall it is the agent’s or client’s responsibility to prepare the property.

Weather Rescheduling Policy

• We will proceed with scheduled shoots unless there is heavy rain or lightning.

• Don’t worry—we guarantee sunny skies in post-processing.

• You may reschedule due to weather with at least 24 hours’ notice or, if conditions shift unexpectedly on the day of, we’ll work with you to adjust as needed.

Usage Rights & Licensing

All content produced by Red Letters Media is copyrighted and protected as our intellectual property.
We license our media to clients under the following terms:

• One non-transferable license is granted for use in marketing a specific property.

• Temporary Usage Rights are active while the property is listed. Once it is sold, delisted, or the listing agreement is terminated, the license expires.

• Continued use beyond this point requires the purchase of Permanent Usage Rights.

• Transferring media to another agent, owner, or third party without permission is not allowed.
